Todo muy bien, habitaciones muy cómodas, y limpieza al 100. Cuenta con muy buen restaurante.
Excellent service, beautiful place and very confortable
My family and I stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful time. Staying at this hotel grant's you access to their water park, the pools close at different times with the latest being 8pm. Staying here also includes eating at their restaurant for breakfast, which has a nice variety for a buffet. The rooms were beautiful and spacious (we stayed in the standard for 4 people), they didn't have AC however the rooms didn't feel too hot.
Hotel con buenas instalaciones, todo limpio, personal atento, claro y amable para atenderte. Hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones de acuerdo al presupuesto y cantidad de personas. Lo único que pediría como una mejora, es que renueven los cojines de los asientos de las terrazas en las habitaciones ya que se han deteriorado por el tiempo y el uso. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Sin duda un hotel para regresar, ya que tiene acceso directo al parque acuático, y además tiene si propia alberca privada para huéspedes.
Me encanta venir a este lugar, vengo 2 o 3 veces al año, estoy encantado con este lugar, es muy bueno relacion calidad y precio. Todo de muy buena calidad, comida, cuartos, baños, vista, camas, y el agua caliente en la alberca sin cloro. Realmente vale la pena. Lo unico que necesitan terminar es su Gimnacio, se requiere mucho por favor. Regresare pronto.
Visiting family in Mexico we decided to take a last minute trip to the water park. I really wanted to rest so I checked myself into a room at Palmas. A bit pricey but definitely the nicest hotel I've stayed at during my entire trip. Had a great view of the pool from my balcony.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia, el hotel es bonito y las habitaciones muy cómodas, esta muy bien que tengas la alberca apartada del balneario, el servicio de spa fue maravilloso, me entregaron mi habitación desde temprano gracias a qué habia disponibilidad, los únicos detalles que encontré es que el elevador es muy lento y solo hay uno, y hay muchas moscas en las áreas comunes. Por lo demás la pasé muy bien.
